By using any service provided by T&K Oceanair Shipping, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.
T&K Oceanair Shipping provides courier and logistics services including, but not limited to:
Shipping services from USA to Jamaica
Air freight and sea freight services
Package handling and warehouse processing
Pickup and delivery services in Montego Bay and Portmore
Islandwide delivery via Knutsford Express
Online and personal shopping assistance
Rewards points and referral incentive programs
T&K Oceanair Shipping reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.
T&K Oceanair Shipping ships approximately three (3) times per week from the USA to Jamaica. All shipping schedules are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Primary service areas include:
Montego Bay
Portmore
Customers outside these areas may receive packages via Knutsford Express at their own expense.
All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.
T&K Oceanair Shipping assumes zero liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.
Responsibility begins once the package is received at our overseas warehouse and ends when the package is handed over to customs authorities, delivery partners, or third-party couriers.
T&K Oceanair Shipping is not responsible for:
Vendor or seller errors
Incorrect information provided by customers
Packages lost or misdelivered prior to warehouse receipt
Delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties or customs authorities
T&K Oceanair Shipping is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging by vendors or customers.
Fragile items including electronics, glass, liquids, cosmetics, and breakable goods are shipped at the owner’s risk, regardless of packaging method.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipped items comply with local and international laws.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials
Counterfeit or replica goods
Pornographic or obscene materials
Perishable foods
Live animals
Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments
Any prohibited item may be confiscated, disposed of, or surrendered to authorities without refund. T&K Oceanair Shipping assumes no liability for seizures, fines, or penalties.
Customers are solely responsible for all customs declarations, duties, taxes, and government-related fees.
T&K Oceanair Shipping assumes no liability for delays, inspections, seizures, or penalties imposed by customs authorities.
For shopping assistance services:
Full payment is required upfront
Customers must approve all items before purchase
Payments are non-refundable once purchases are made
T&K Oceanair Shipping is not responsible for vendor errors, delays, cancellations, sizing issues, or incorrect items
All refunds or disputes remain strictly between the customer and the vendor.
Accepted payment methods include:
Bank transfer
Cash
All payments must be settled in full before processing. Payments are non-refundable once service or shipment processing begins.
Customers earn points based on spending activity:
$10 spent = 10 points
$100 spent = 100 points
Redemption values:
100 points = $1.00
1,000 points = $10.00
The referring customer receives $250 JMD in reward value
The referred customer also receives $250 JMD in reward value
The referral reward activates only after the referred customer spends $5,000 JMD
Rewards are not redeemable for cash and are subject to change without notice
All claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of package receipt or notification.
Supporting documents such as invoices and photos may be required.
WhatsApp messages do not constitute official claims.
Packages not collected within 7 days of notification may incur storage fees.
Packages uncollected after 60 days may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled at the discretion of T&K Oceanair Shipping to recover storage and administrative costs.
T&K Oceanair Shipping reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between T&K Oceanair Shipping and the customer.
